AAA Sparks Branch

"I had to cancel service with aaa yesterday. I feel like 25 years of loyalty was not enough for this company. My insurance went up up up. I also think they owe me money. We took a truck off and my premium went up i ended up paying for that truck to be covered . They raised it again. Sparks branch didnt tell me i dont have an agent. I asked for him they said oh he doesnt work here anymore. The new policy came with his name on it. The branch manager at sparks location cant help customers he is not licensed. Very wrong. The agent that was talking to another co worker said and i quote. "Let me take this call first" we were the only people waiting and heard him say that. I also heard and watched someone tell him we were waiting and he took that call. 25 years of loyalty hmmmm....very wrong."

"Good experience with this branch, when we arrived the gentleman who was at the check in podium was courteous and connected us with an agent quickly. Nelly was great to work with and we got a significantly lower quote than at other places we had checked, they have DMV Services so we were able to get a driving permit there as well."

"I went to AAA for DMV services mid-morning on January 23/2024, and I was greeted with a smile a pleasant voice, (she also went over and above for the lady Infront of me.) then she sent me to the DMV waiting space, I was called shortly and helped promptly, Great day. Thank You"

"This location usually never has an issue, but I've been going around with people on the phone just to get my registration sticker for my auto tags, I couldn't do it online or use the kiosk. I'm out of state for a couple months to help my elderly parents. My husband had major issues with the lady at the check in desk, he said she kept telling him to use the kiosk, he kept explaining that my situation wouldn't allow him to use the kiosk. Thankfully, Camille was able to help and clarify everything. I never expected to be treated this way by AAA, my husband and I are both members. It seems some employees at this location need training on unique situations like mine. I'd say avoid this location, but this incident seems to be a 1 off, I've never ever had any other negative interactions here."

"DMV services here are a joke Last year (2022) I brought in all my paper work to renew my classic plates after spending about 15-20 minutes with their employee going over everything multiple times they told me that that DMV would not renew my registration . So made an appointment at the DMV office took all the same info in and was told that they had no idea why AAA’s DMV services didn’t renew it that there was nothing wrong with my paper work! So today I went in today to try again to renew my registration there was no one there except the employee’s and one come over to ask what I needed when I told them I wanted to renew my registration she immediately told me that they were swamped with too many people and couldn’t help at all today I looked around again and there was no one waiting no one at the dmv counter the place is empty except for the employee’s. I guess if you’re not there to buy insurance they really don’t want to help you. I defiantly will remember this when my policies come do."
