"So I have mixed feelings about this facility. They have in the past been amazing. However through the last storms there were accessibility issues. The lady was being professional as she could... granted I was upset and needed access to my unit. I lost 2 days wages at a brand new job because I couldnt get my tools. Then her husband got on the phone cussed my out and hung up the phone. Like I said they are typically awesome. However if there's an issue that should be covered in the rent of a unit... professionalism goes out the window."
"I've returned to RR several times when I've had to move. The units may cost a little more than other storage facilities in the area, but its worth it and you can tell that from the curb appeal. The lot and the units are well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful within reason, although i rarely need to deal with the staff other than signing up. I've never had a single issue with RR and I recommend them to anyone."
