"I spent $7k on flooring. I bought a wood flooring and a laminate for the kitchen. The wood is great. The laminate was advertised as waterproof and easy to clean. It was neither. You need to scrub it with a magic eraser and use a shop vac to clean it because they cut deep grooves in it for texture. It is also coming up around the edges already. The company will not warranty the product because it was sold as is, on sale. There was not a sale sign on the product when it was purchased. They also broke my bike rack and bottomed out the suspension on my truck, with a forklift. The kid driving did not notice the tile was set and continued to push down on the bed, until I started yelling. They have not addressed anything. They have so many complaints, they are outsourcing the call center. Big sign. Floor and decor has better employees, flooring, and prices."

"Bought engineered bamboo and redid the staircase and the entire house. Product is of very poor quality, the planks don't lock, they bend and now over 75%of my house floor is all squeaky and noisy. Installed with their people, but is the lack of product quality at fault.... Over 10k in the trash... Do Not buy! Store employees very knowledgeable and helpful, but again, product lacks quality. Wish I could return it and get my money back, I obviously got a lemon!"

"We bought flooring over 3 years ago from LLFlooring. We did another section of our house last month and needed more of the same flooring. We called and they had us on record showing the exact flooring we needed. They were so very helpful; putting it on will call. They had what we needed in their back warehouse. We had to drive 100 miles to get it so we were so relieved that they still had some. It really pays to shop with specialists. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. Great service!"
