"Everytime my family and I come to this Lowes it's always a good experience. Today Joshua from lawn and garden went above and beyond to help my family and I get what we needed to do our yard. He is amazing! He explained everything to us step by step and helped us pick out all the supplies we needed. Alyssa was awesome too. This is the best Lowes in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. I highly recommend coming to this location."

Unfortunately, my interaction with Manager Stoney and Employee Chris left much to be desired. During my visit, I approached them to inquire about purchasing grease filters for a microwave. Instead of assisting me in a respectful manner, both individuals displayed a lack of knowledge, condescension, and rudeness. I felt demeaned and unjustly treated when they addressed me as if I were a criminal simply for requesting assistance. Furthermore, when I explained that the store did not carry the appropriate size of grease filters and expressed interest in purchasing the ones from the display model, Manager Stoney and Employee Chris responded dismissively, refusing to accommodate my request and giving me a nasty look. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Manager Stoney and Employee Chris's behavior not only tarnished my shopping experience but also reflects poorly on your establishment. I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers should feel valued and respected when patronizing your store. "Prices seemed a bit high, but there has been a lot of inflation in the last few years and I have no recent alternative shopping experiences to compare them to. I would like to give an extra thank you for being so knowledgeable and providing top notch customer service to Maggie from the paint department she knows what paint brush was needed for the particular job what paints are best and even helped me come up with some color schemes for an accent wall. This is what it's about making the customers shopping experience feel good. Maggie is excellent at that. I shop at Lowe's quite a bit and I always see her engaged with customers. Lowe's should consider themselves lucky to have Maggie on their team."
