"We pulled up at 5:56 and the guy said "I'm closed" husband said "it's 5:56, you close at 6:00" The guy says with a big smile "yes! And it takes 5 mins to do the smog and that would be 6:01. So I'm closed" and he leaves. If your business is open till 6pm that means the doors are open till 6pm if you have a policy that you can't do a smog if it'll be going after closing then that needs to be posted."
