I told her i was upset and that I was no longer buying from them because they messed up my order and had terrible customer service..but, she fixed it and made it right. "Kleen-Rite in Las Vegas is a warehouse and is not really intended to be a walk-in store. In the past, however, I have visited the warehouse and was treated to a friendly staff that gladly and quickly helped me. The process of picking stuff up at the warehouse is not great during covid-19 precautions, and the person that brought out my stuff was even a bit rude which I found unusual for Kleen-Rite. I will continue to use their exceptional mail-order service for my carwash parts, but I'll probably avoid picking stuff up at the warehouse for the foreseeable future."
