One time the driver went the extra mile by giving us his personal cell phone in case we decided to leave the venue early, which we did, and was on stand by waiting for us. Always professional! "On our wedding day. I had booked this service weeks before my wedding for 4 hours of driving time in a streched limo but had a small change of venue due to rain right outside the city. Our coordinator suggested Nelson's Ghost Town about 7 minutes away which still gave us plenty of time. When I called to adjust the location, I was informed that it would cost almost 200 bucks extra for that same ride even though our round trip would take about 3 hours and we already booked for 4 as precaution. The lady on the line was not accommodating at all and even suggested that we got charged wrong in the 1st place and that they don't allow limos that far out even though we used their website direct from a referal and paid in full. That part is insane. The best part is that she said we would still be charged for an hour if we canceled which we ended up doing."

"Rented 24 passenger van to transport wedding guests. It was specifically noted in my contract that the driver would provide water, ice, and cups. We brought our champagne but the driver never got cups or waters for us so it was a huge disappointment. Driver was terrible about it, too."

"Messed up both pickup times (from and to airport). Extremely Rude staff. Limo was small, hot, cramped & dirty without any champagne and without room for luggage. Arthur was especially argumentative over the phone when he was attempting to downgrade our limousine. He ended up being wrong and didn't apologize. Awful in so many aspects. Save yourself the hassle and use a different company."

"Our experience with Bell Limousine service and our driver, Dana, was exceptional. We booked the service to celebrate my sister's visit from Arizona, and Dana went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. He greeted my sister inside the airport terminal, helped her with her luggage, and brought her to the limo where I was waiting to surprise her. We were greeted with champagne and wine, and the limo was spotless both inside and out. During our drive to Lago restaurant, Dana even provided opportunities for us to take pictures. We arrived at our dinner reservation on time, and felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. We're already looking forward to the next spontaneous celebration, and we'll definitely use Bell Limousine's services again. We highly recommend it to any travelers or visitors."
