"Friendly, helpful staff and an amazing job fixing truck. I can't even tell that it was in an accident. Very pleased with the speed and attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop!!"
"I took my Tesla model 3 here because of the high ratings this place has received in the past. What I experienced did not match a place with high quality. Took a few weeks, and a few calls to get scheduled. Upon getting a call to come pickup my vehicle I inspected the vehicle, and I noticed some major panel gaps from the repair that were not there before. On top of that broken headlight was still not working, and I was still getting headlight errors on my dashboard. I had to wait a few hours additional in their lobby for these repairs to complete (I had to call out from work for this). In addition to this, due to the accident, one of the wheel covers needed to be replaced. I was informed on pickup that the wheel cover was on “national back order” and that I would be called as soon as the cover came in. During this whole time, Tesla website had showed in stock for the missing part. Upon finally taking my car home I noticed my entire left side of the vehicle had clear coat overspray (likely from another vehicle they were painting) and there was a rough surface on the entire passenger side (including the windows) It has been 6 months since my repair and I have not been called about my “national back order” part. To me it seems the used this excuse because they cut corners and didn’t want to go through the hassle for this little part. Since this repair, for unrelated reasons Tesla has repurchased my vehicle, and and a prerequisite to their repurchase, I had to out of my own pocket replace the wheel cover, and buy a clay block, and spend my own time to remove the overspray damage. Taking it in was a last resort option for me due to my work and the repair center being all the way across town. Overall I’m disappointed in the quality of the service and repair I received. Due to the lack of competition in Vegas for Tesla repair shops, unfortunately it seems for now this is one of the only options. I do hope that my experience was deviant from the typical experience."
"Very easy process from start to finish overall. The repair finished earlier than the initial estimate and looks great. Rental car pickup and drop off was all done at the shop (Enterprise is around the corner, they meet you at the shop when you drop off your car with prior arrangement) All staff was friendly and informative. Delivered on all promises. I recommend. Tesla Model Y: Front and rear damage"
