"Zero stars if this is Jerrys auto shop or next door very very poor service to me didn't honor my transmission warranty I had a 2004 white explorer he tried to tell me that the transmission belong to a Mercedes inside a Ford explorer I gave this man $4,000 in cash and he had no knowledge at all that I had given them cash forgot who I was and did not acknowledge doing my transmission the warranty was to be covered for a certain mileage number and for one year I came back right at the right time and he said that he never worked on my car truck and that he never received the cash I have the paperwork and everything that this man gave me and he said that he doesn't know anything and doesn't speak English or Spanish very disappointed in his daughter wife and son nobody helped me at all and I should still continue to file a lawsuit I will never forget to this day and we'll proceed the lawsuit because I have two years to continue a small claims court I want my $4,000 back since he claims he never received anything at all PS I hope his heart surgery is no comment"
