There service department slow maintanace working cars to slow there cashiers are to slow .. there transmission team backlog.. i when to in the service team to get check what going on my car .. i have engine light on .. this young lady run little machine to diagnose..show there 2 code i have my transmission ask her what the code she told me she cant tell what it was due that is code only transmission department can only tell what exactly the code is and the worst horrible part told me that i have to leave my car for a month to get check..the young lady helping me hopeless not giving any option .. straight foward told me leave my car for a month to get check transmission team 51 cars line up due there backlog ..i have rent a car own expenses for a month or more .?? I just walk away .. told my self i will never ever buying car this place .. they have more car dealer sale cars but not enough employees mechanics and transmission department.. if you planning to buy new car go somewhere.. if you dont want to have issue like me in the future .."

"I called for a simple question around 12:50pm to service department . An older female answered the phone and was sighing and seemed annoyed at everything i asked. I said thank you and I was hung up on. Whoever this was needs either retraining in customer service or needs a change in her job. Severely rude and made me seem like I was a complete bother and inconvenience for simply asking a question."
