"The shuttle driver was nice. It felt like everyone else didn’t want to be there. The customer service was really bad. My service advisor spoke in a low volume and it was hard to hear him for half the conversation. He just also seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. I hate that my car was there for four hours and that I had to arrange for a ride back to the dealership. The shuttle cane drop you off at a location but not bring you back to the dealership? It’s absurd. I came for a recall on Altima but I’m not coming back for any other service."

"Had an appointment on 10/23 at 9:15 AM for a oil change on my 2010 Nissan Frontier when I first arrived I was supposed to meet with roque ibarra he wasn't there and was told to talk to Makayla and she had an attitude and said that she only attends walk-in people and said to go talk to someone else then went to talk to Carlos and he ended up saying that I'm supposed to wait for my service advisor and I was waiting for him for about an hour never had waited that long just to get an oil change these people really don't help you at wouldn't recommend to no one they will make you wait forever"

"Kept the car for months, and then rushed it out. It turns out it had a serious safety issue causing a problem noted on Nissan's final invoice. The service provider told us that the codes were checking out ok, so it was fine. When released, we specifically asked about fluids. We were told they were fine. It overheated on the way home because there was no coolant. It seems this dealership has a different idea of fine than I do."

"This place is fantastic, the service is fantastic and the selection of new and used cars is fantastic , the sales people really go out of their way to help you get a new car or used one if that's what you want and they do everything they can to get you the lowest payment possible."
