"THE SHOP MANAGER CHUCK IS NOT EVEN A MECHANIC .CAME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE, THEY RECOMMENDED $3,000 WORTH OF WORK, MY CAR WAS AT 100,000 MILES AND I THOUGHT MAYBE SOME MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED AND ONCE I WAS APPROVED FOR THE $5,000 ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CAR NEEDED THE WHOLE $5,000 worth of work. Now my car has an issue and makes a sound after $5,000 worth of repairs and was told not come back even though my repairs are under warranty and I need to go to Nissan but my car was not making sounds prior . Please avoid this shop unless you wanna gamble with your car."

"Excellent service, very clean waiting area. They offer the best rates for smog checks in my area. I'll definitely be back for a oil change."
"Stay far away from this shop, they don’t know how to fix cars. They removed and replaced the thermostat housing and installed it improperly in my car. They didn’t remove an old part and left it in my car. The manager Robert called me and even admitted this. Then said he spoke with one of his mechanics who claimed he didn’t. This caused a huge leak in my thermostat housing and water pump. I had to pay another mechanic to install the thermostat properly and fix the damage they had done to my car. So what should have been a relatively simple fix has cost me an extra $1290"
