"I took my vehicle in for two air pump replacements, after the repairs , my check engine, lights kept coming on for insufficient airflow. The mechanics that changed my air pumps broke the clips to the air pump hoses causing insufficient airflow. Took it back to the shop and expressed my concern.I dropped my vehicle off at 8 AM, came back at 5 PM and the only thing that was done to my car was it was driven around town for 20 min. When they returned my card to the shop, all they did, was park it in the bay. The hood was never lifted to check the air hoses or to replace them. I have dash camera in my car that records 24/7. The shop manager Preston did nothing to remedy the issue. All he told me was that he will take it on the freeway tomorrow. I had paid for about $4000 worth of repairs to the shop in the past 30 days and they could not even pop the hood to try and remedy an issue that they caused. I attempted to call to speak to the owner Ali, a few times this past week just to be told that he was not around or not available."
