"I called and got a quote to have my ford Ranger repaired that had been my father's before he passed away. They gave me a quote and came and picked up the truck. After picking up the truck Calvin called & said the diagnosis I have received from another shop was inaccurate & did not feel they could not honor the price to fix the truck. I called and got a quote to have my truck repaired that had been my fathers before he passed away. They gave me a quote and came and picked up the truck. After picking up the truck he called me the diagnosis. We discussed an alternative budget which he said would be tight but he thought he might be able to do. After no word from them in several weeks we called and spoke with Erica. She said there was no way they can get the truck done for the price we had previously discussed. She said if we picked up the truck now they would have to charge us all these additional fees for diagnosing the vehicle. I told her she had never discussed Any of those fees with us she said well that's because we thought we are going to be doing the work. Erica said to leave to leave the truck and they would keep working on getting the parts to fit into the original price. After several months and no word from her we asked to have the truck returned. Again she wanted to add multiple additional fees including now a storage fee for housing the vehicle that they were not able to get repaired. She returned the truck with an enormous bill. I felt like she became very vindictive and had very poor customer service skills. This truck has a lot of sentimental value to me because it was my fathers and I feel like they took advantage of that. We are currently still arguing with them to get our money back. Never trust this company."
