"It is a ripoff place. Please don’t try and go to them to fix your car. Plus the staff are only friendly so they can rip you off on the other hand. I had some issues with my car. They asked for too much money. They overcharge customers way too much. So I didn’t fix my car at their shop. I went somewhere else and fixed the issues with half the cost."

"Coming from a family of mechanics, it's very hard for me to let anyone else work on my vehicle. But because of the warranty on my car, I have to go to specific shops. Paul's was on that list, with good reviews, so I decided to use them. Let me tell you, Michelle (office) & John (manager) are truly some of the nicest, most helpful people around!! They went above & beyond speaking with my warranty people to help me with my car!! Unfortunately, because of the warranty, it now has to go to the dealer...yukk!! I was ghosted by another shop in the area after getting an estimate and found Paul's Auto through word of mouth - thank goodness I did. I had a few major issues with my ML350 and they got it back to me the NEXT day. Michelle at the front is an absolute sweetheart and John really goes the extra mile to make sure you're driving on the road safely and will explain anything you might have questions about. I feel very grateful for their honesty and getting my car back to me so quick when I needed it with excellent work. The main thing I brought it in for wasn't an actual issue - and any other shop might have easily taken advantage of that.
