"I had an appointment for a full cynthetic oil . When I made the appointment I've been told oil change will be $109 with the tax, I had an email coupon on an email I received the day before for $20 off. The employees over there have no clue much of how to do the paperwork to begin with, very unprofessional and rude, and using the "f" word rapidly. When my car was ready the bill was $120.54. I pointed out to them that it's not correct, all 4 of the employees started arguing with me and refused to give me my car. I had to call the police and while waiting for them, I called corporate and filed up a report about the incident, since they are closed on Saturdays they took the report abd will get back to me on Monday. DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCATION!!!! Editing: I checked with Meineke on east flamingo, a fairly new location, and their full synthetic oil change for my car is only only $79, i regrett going to this location and again not recommend for anyone to go there.!!!! Only now I here from other ppl that this place is a RIP OFF be aware!!!"

"I have been coming to Buddha for a long while he is an amazing mechanic and always willing to help. Lately I have been calling and the lady who I am assuming to be the assistant manager who answers the phone has not been willing to let me speak to him as if she’s screening calls. I’ve overheard her tell Buddha to keep the call on speaker which was new for me as well considering I have been a customer for a long time. Today when I called I did not appreciate the tone of voice nor the questions I was being asked."

"Amazing customer service. The staff are very professional and respectful. I was a walk-in and they were able to take my truck in and get the work done in a timely manner. The communication from staff to customer is Amazing. The attention to detail when they did an inspection on the vehicle was very detailed and informative. I highly recommend this location."

"Each time I hear the squealing of my brakes I am reminded of just how horrible of an experience I've had at this place. I had been warned that it was a rip-off place, but I was hoping for it to go differently. The work done and customer service here is horrible. After 3 trips and 8 hours of my time wasted my brakes still squeal. That's on top of having the price of the service change after I had already left my car with them and waited 3 hours for them to get to it. Upon my informing the manager I'd be complaining he told me he honestly didn't care. Furthermore I was told that it's normal for the brakes to squeal because they were low-quality. Why wasn't I told about that the first or even second trip. In the end I was told one thing to get me in and hit with something completely different. I would've gone somewhere else snf that would've possibly saved me some money because now I've got to go somewhere else to fix the problem. I'm writing this review because it could save someone else this type of headache and waste of time. Let's see how much the manager and company care when I also inform Groupon of the unjust enrichment."
