"I used to like going to Jeep Only they were nice to talk to, never had a problem getting someone on the phone. They are very close to where I live. This is back when they first opened though. But ever since they were bought out, trying to get someone on the phone in the service dept. is like pulling teeth. It is ridiculous to sit on the phone while it rings for 10 min. At my job, the phone can't ring more than 3 times, not here. All it does is ring. And if you follow the prompts for Service - you can only select to talk to your rep or schedule an apt. I ONLY have a question before I make an apt. I don't have a rep to talk to. Why can't someone answer the PHONE. SO IRRITATING. I guess its time to go back to Desert 215 a 30 min drive."

"I just got my Jeep back after the service dept had since June 1st. In the time frame of them having my Jeep I had to be the one to constantly trying to get in contact with the service dept to see the status sometimes calling all day leaving messages with no response. I had to be the one to call and remind someone when my rental needed extending. I get that my service advisor was out with medical issues but that shouldn’t have stopped the communication. It took 3 weeks alone just to diagnose the a/c. I am generally not one to complain but there was no apologies when I picked it up for how long they had it. And after sitting on the lot for a month and half the exterior was filthy and a quarter less on gas with no windshield fluid which it had when I dropped it off. I know those are small things in the end but it would have made the situation a little better."
