"I could not recommend this company enough! We had a pretty rough go while buying our first home in Reno. Unfortunately we were promised things from escrow that didn't end up going through. One of these things being that our well inspection fee would be paid from our escrow fees. Almost an entire year went by and we had no idea Bruce Mackay had not been paid and escrow basically laughed in our face about the request in writing we had with them to include the fees. In the end it was our fault for not triple checking this one thing out of hundreds of pages but Bruce Mackay accounting team was so kind and patient with us. They even took off late fees because they have seen this type of behavior before from escrow companies and I will forever be grateful to their team for having this kind of patience. I feel like they genuinely put the care of their customers over the care for greedy escrow companies and are willing to work with you to keep a relationship built on trust and integrity.
