"I was mishandled at A2Z Auto by Artur despite the great reviews and referrals. I was given a previous loan estimate from another dealership diagnosing my car. I sent in the estimate which Artur gave me his word he would look over my car to confirm what the problem was. After he confirmed, I left my car at his shop. Upon pick-up I realized that the same issue I had with the car was not corrected. When confronting Artur, he was unavailable and was out to lunch. He was not able to come back to inspect the vehicle. I left the vehicle at his shop in hopes to be fixed just to have him turn around and tell me " I did what you told me to do" as if I am a mechanic. I gave him the estimate and he confirmed what the problem was... The blame was then on me to pay over 2k for the vehicle after it was not fixed. I do not find this to be a good honest shop because of this and I will not be returning nor recommending him to anyone."

"Dec 2023. Needed to replace OEM radiator on my F30 N55 w aftermarket and most places won't do it since not OEM part but A2Z does! Arthur is a Bentley certified master mechanic and super nice and honest. They do high level work at great value pricing. Was referred to them by my go to muffler spot, 6651 Muffler!!!! Best experience dealing w an auto repair shop. This is now my go to auto shop!"
