Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"terrible experience with the rainbow location. Waited for almost an hour only to be told they did not have oil for my deVille and dismissed me with a 5 discount with telling me they didn't have anyone to get my oil and to add insult to injury ,didn't bother to check to see if they had my type before having me wait for an hour almost. That entire location is a joke full of young stagnant insubordinate children Went to the Valvoline on buffalo. "JOSH" went above and beyond and was just as busy as the other location without the long wait and gave me a 20 discount. I informed him he's gained a new customer and that i will not be patronizing the other location. All of the young men including "josh" extremely professional with my caddy. Thanks again josh !"

"Went to get my oil changed today and I must admit it was the fastest service I have received since living in Vegas for past 11 years. Thank you to the young man Daniel who made sure everything was done correctly. And thanks to the store manager for helping his crew instead of watching them work. My truck runs so much smoother."
