"The good was the work done appears to be good. The bad is I made an appointment for 9 am at noon I called and was told I’m behind the 40 other vehicles. I would hear by 3:00. This involved replacing a part. At 3:45 I called back and they were trying to determine the issue. I was then told the part was cracked and needed to be completely replaced. The next day I arrived and eventually got the part which was not cracked. A bolt was bent and appeared could have just been replaced. Unfortunately the new part was already in costing $2200. Communication was not great."
"Service was first class. I showed up for my appointment for my 15k mile service and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I was given the option to wait or be shuttled home and I chose shuttle because time frame was a little longer than what I wanted to wait. When service was done, they sent a car to pick me up. When I returned, the team immediately helped me close out and even noted I had some coupons available for service on my account which we applied to the final bill. The best part is that this was all explained to me clearly and options were provided to me for service savings in the future. Clear and quick service expectations that are provided with care is what I define as first class and that is what I was given. I will be back for service in the future and for future automobile purchases."
"Had a great intro, the service manager said he was gonna take of me, but when I showed up for a service. All promises, but no follow up. I waited till 545pm to call and about truck. They said oh yeah its ready. I never did get the call and had to get ride to pick up before 5pm."
"Appreciate the work that was done and the service team actually doing the back end work on checking if it was covered under warranty. No happy about no one giving me heads up that the warranty was going to cost me $100 until I came and picked the vehicle up. They really should have let me know before hand so I could have had that money up front. It was sort of embarrassing and caught me off guard. I also asked my tech to talk to the service manager to see if they could cover my tires and never got anything back about that. Not a good experience this time I hope they can work on that. Especially if someone has a large bill and they get surprised at the door with a major bill that they have to pay. I am glad I have a pretty good warranty on my truck that I am paying for to keep my cost down. One other thing I found not that helpful was the warranty team calls about my oil change but doesn’t even know how to set me up with an oil change just gives me a 1800 number to schedule it. But takes all my information to look up my car but doesn’t even help me in the end."
