"The service was good. The thing that I was not impressed with was the USED car I bought was not fully cleaned inside the vehicle. There were crumbs, dog/human hair, dried chocolate in the seats and dirt/white brown powder substance in the cargo area. Also the cargo cover rack was not positioned properly. It was hanging off the hinge. There were not any valve caps on all four tires. I understand I purchased a used car, but presentation is the utmost necessity at any car dealership new or used. The sales person was not very computer savvy. I asked him to send me a PDF file via email regarding my EDRS code for my car registration. He sent a picture of the form on his cell phone which I felt was unprofessional."

Moreover, we even had the necessary replacement part in our possession. I decided not to proceed with the exorbitant charges at this establishment and sought services elsewhere, as anyone in their right mind would. It is essential to note that I found another shop that completed the job for a reasonable cost of $200 despite already having the necessary replacement part. Therefore, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for any purpose. It is disheartening to witness Volkswagen's reputable brand associated with such a disappointing level of service. The stark contrast between their brand and the low quality of this shop is genuinely disconcerting. Rest assured, I will not be returning to this establishment in the future."
