"One star for today. Might be the last time I come to this dealership. I try to patronize the dealer where I buy my new cars, but this experience has been sub-par. Besides the waiting for apparently the only service person that can help me, then being hurried through the process without asking if I needed anything done, then I’m told that since Covid there aren’t any shuttles. What is this, a Kia dealership? I have to buy an Infiniti to have customer service while getting a brand new car serviced. Then I pay extra for a windshield replacement (meaning OE instead of my trusted service provider), and after a wait, of course, I am directed to go get it in the side lot. I find my car filthy and with dealership trash. Where is the customer service anymore? Is it dead? Or am I just getting too old and remember the good ole days. Well, Centennial, there are other dealers in town. So maybe I will try them out for my service and where I buy my next Toyota Hybrid. Really disappointing. Do better. I deserve it for the thousands I paid today."
