"We’ve been taking our work trucks in here for a little while with no issues and have always enjoyed the service. This last we took one of our work trucks in to get a new clutch put in. It was pretty time sensitive to have the vehicle back by the next day. They stayed later than normal to get our truck fixed in time. They also showed up earlier the next day to get us the keys before our jobs started so we would have no hiccups. Outstanding"

"I found out about Leavitt's Auto Care due to praise in of the Vegas-specific subreddits. Trying to find a decent mechanic is always tough, but our visits to Leavitt's have always resulted in positive experiences. Our most recent visit with Leavitt's came about when fiancee's car had the check engine, cruise control, and traction lights all come on. My fiancee took the car to USA Auto due to them having more flexible hours, but it ended up costing nearly three figures for a diagnostic fee alongside an estimated bill of repairs of over $3000. After doing a Google search, it seems this is a known issue with her car... when you don't properly put the gas cap back on after filling up your tank. I purchased an OBD2 Scanner from Amazon, took photos of the codes it provided me, and reset the lights. I told her to go to Leavitt's Auto Care and provide them the readout from the OBD2 Scanner. Turns out there was no repair needed at this time. While there will be work needed to be done to the catalytic converter, that readout came about due to normal signs of wear and tear. Unlike the previously mentioned place in this review, they charged her nothing for inspecting the car. We'll obviously be back for future repairs, but this is why we continue to frequent Leavitt's. At the end of the day, Leavitt's Auto Care is one of the more trustworthy repair shops in town. I'd highly recommend them."

"I just got into Vegas for the night, on my way to the Grand Canyon tomorrow. The last time I filled up with gas I noticed my oil was a little dark and slightly low. I tried to find a Jiffy Lube or some other chain lube shop, but they were all 20 or more minutes across the strip. I chanced upon Leavitt's Auto Care (using Google search), located at 5359 Decatur, off of Hacienda, just south of the strip; which was right around the corner from where I was staying. The staff were getting ready to close for a staff/training meeting, but happily told me it would be no problem to handle my service and not just send me away. Not only were they friendly and willing, they were prompt and professional. Leavitt's specializes in complete auto care, which as a full service shop can fix, replace and maintain all of your auto needs. Also I would like to mention that the cost of my service, a simple oil and filter change, was almost ten dollars cheaper than that of any of the larger chains. One more IMPORTANT NOTE, Google Maps has the address listed as right on the corner where the PitStop is, but it's actually back behind PT's in the shop spaces at the far corner, so don't be afraid to drive back and seek it out, because it is not easily visible from the street while driving by. Give these guys a call next time you need an auto expert."
