Tried charging us $1300 to turn one pallet with two pallet jacks, after threatening them with attorneys lowered price to $900. Owner and the female dispatch are very rude and unprofessional. This place is a total scam, please call other roadside companies for issues"

"I called and tech was sent out immediately for a hydraulic leak, my foreman gave specific instructions to speak with me after finding the location BEFORE repairs (we have many of required parts and hydraulic fluid onsite) He provided my phone number which the office had assured me tech would call me as well. After 5 hours I asked my office manager to get a status update i immediately received a call from their office stating all work was completed. The tech had finished ten minutes prior and left! No communication with my onsite staff. I received a $2180.75 invoice they charged incorrectly a fuel charge, a convenience fee (we were to pay cash!, mileage fee at .40 higher than contract quote and 174 miles when it mapped at 116! We had hydraulic fluid yet were charged $121.48 per 5 gal x 2! You can buy this retail for 59-64.!! All parts were similarly marked up at least 100% They removed the incorrect fees but refused to work with me on adjusting the hydraulic fluid fee even though their tech failed to speak with me. Totally unacceptable. The owner accused me of not wanting to pay the bill and was yelling I told him not the issue I appreciated them sending a tech out, however his man did not communicate or some charges would not have been incurred then left without speaking to anyone! He had to turn around and come back to be paid. This company overinflated beyond reasonable markup the parts. If I hadn’t reviewed the invoice I would’ve been overcharged for mileage, and other fees that weren’t even part of my bill! Shady business practices."
