"Horrible communication and terrible customer service. I have been trying to schedule a repair going on a month now. Anytime we schedule an appointment they end up cancelling after the scheduled time with no notice at all, horrible communication. The first cancellation was due to a crack in the windshield that they were going to use as a replacement. The next cancellation was due to weather, the worker called me and recommended a rescheduling and said that their boss would reach out about a date, this never happened. I eventually reach out again, and rescheduled for noon today. Not one call or text about them not showing up at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Completely horrible experience."
