"Horrible work and low standards of ethics. They were supposed to repair my vehicle and they ended up calling it complete but lied. They also committed fraud which is now under investigation."
"I walked in for a quote to paint my wife's car and and Frankie at the front desk was rude and dismissive. I asked for someone to look at my car and give me a quote and without even getting up from the desk even bothering to look at my car he was telling me the cost starts at $9000 and goes up from there. I tried to get more information about what was included for $9000 and he said it was like more $12,000 and higher if there were scratches and body work. He was talking fast, not even looking at me. It was like he was trying to get rid of me. I asked if he could at least look at the car before throwing numbers at me and he said that I'd need to make an appointment even though it was an hour before closing and the place was practically deserted. I don't know why they're chasing business away. Maybe they're busy over charging for insurance work or it's a front for another business. I went there because a contact of mine in the CarMax mechanic shop recommended them, (I actually told Frankie that but he didn't seem to care) I warned my CarMax friend about sending anyone else over there. I know I wouldn't go there ever again."
"Please avoid! We came in for a minor fix and they broke a component in our engine compartment. Francisco then refused to take responsibility and went so far as to lie to our insurance company. They claimed they hadn’t even opened the hood, but then why did my car’s open hood alert go off as I was pulling away? I can even tell what happened. They wanted to hook the battery up to test the speakers, only unscrewed one side, and in their attempt to hook it up, snapped the opposite side. If you are in the military community and/or use USAA insurance, please ask for another shop."
"I took my car in for a claim and it went good not great. My service writer was Jesse and he started off fabulous. I was getting updates and he would take my calls. Though I did notice a difference as time passed. I filed a 2nd claim and Jesse was now short and informing me I no linger had the same options he said I had at the beginning. After a few days it went dark and didn't hear back from them. He did say they were waiting on their guy to do an estimate and I had to call them to find out status. I kept checking with my insurance company State Farm and they claimed they were waiting on Service King. I called and talked to Service King and they said they were waiting on my insurance company.After a few days I heard nothing again so I called them only to be told the same story and that they had emailed me the estimate. I explained I had not got anything from them and I asked for the date when they emailed me and the youngster on the line without excusing himself, put me on hold twice, transferred me and the new person who I believe was Jesse said HELLO!, THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I called back 3 times and they didn't answer anymore. These guys are something else. They stated they would fix one more thing on my car and it did not get done. They left my windows open and my car was smelling like chemicals for over a week."

Francisco was very knowledgeable in explaining all the process and went above and beyond with the repair and in the communication with my insurance company. The vehicle looks and feel brand new!"
