"I've gone to the Craig and Tenaya location for 10 years without a problem. Took my car in for an oil change and air filter a couple days ago. This was the first time we've had a terrible experience. The inspection said low coolant, low washer fluid, oil leak, cabin air filter and wiper blades needed replaced. It had been over a year since my last oil change, so I said yes to the oil cleaning/lubricant additional. Took 2 hours. Got my car home, a friend went to look at the oil leak to repair it. The car was missing 3 screws that were not replaced and the air filter was put on backwards! The cover didn't even close over it, that should've been obvious to the tech. Hubby took the car back and was talked down to by Charles, the guy behind the desk. He said we only put back on what we took off. If that's the case then they left 3 off at the last oil change. He told hubby he should've left the backwards air filter so he could see it. He talked down to hubby. They replaced the 3 missing screws and hubby left. Needless to say, I'll be going somewhere else. Sad to see the quality of customer service has gone down when we were loyal customers with all our vehicles at this location. Gave 1 star cause the oil did get changed."
