"Ray's auto shop is now my go to shop for any work I need done on my vehicles. The team at Ray's shop are honest caring and friendly. I came in with a shaky sterring wheel, their technicians and Ray himself diagnosed the issue that my vehicle was having quickly. They were honest showed me videos and photos of what they found and told me exactly what the issue was and walked me through the best options for completing the repairs necessary. I got new tires for the vehicle and will be back this next week to have a few suspension parts replaced. They even recommended a local shop for a wheel alignment. They are a very passionate about their trade and honest and caring. I look forward to trusting them with my service needs in the future. TL;DR 10/10 would recommend. "I was on a vacation in Vegas with my kids. We had a car rental. I didn't use the insurance offered through the car rental company, and instead agreed I'd use my own. I was downtown when I got a flat tire. It was a Sunday. I'm not from town, and panicked what I'd do, especially with two little kids in the car. I called Ray Auto, and Ray did come to open the shop to help me, and save the day. He charged me a very decent price, although it was an emergency, and I couldn't have been more grateful and thankful for his professionalism, empathy, and compassion. Great service, and next time I go to Vegas, I'll stop by to at least say hi and bring a cup of coffee. He saved a single mom a lot of stress on a family vacation. Vanya was amazing to deal with the billing part. Thank you guys for giving me the piece of mind to continue enjoying my vacation.
