"I arrived as a walk-in with no scheduled appointment. I waited just a little over 2 hours. Soon as I was taken back I got everything taken care of and I was gone within 10 minutes. Everything was very quick and staff were super friendly."

"Just a reminder, you have to have QR-code reader app. On your cell. (No-more number tickets), They'll call you by your last name. If you don't have a QR-code reader( like me) someone can help and type your last name and cell for you. Thanks again Fallon DMV!"

"Everytime I go to this DMV there are at least 15 people waiting to talk to someone and I'll wait two hours just for them to tell me they're no longer taking people. I get there 15 minutes before they open and there's over 30 people waiting. Obviously there is an issue and they don't care enough to fix it. I'm not sure what the source of the issue is but I guess I'll just keep driving around without proper paperwork instead of dealing with the dmv's horrid situation."

"I had an appointment for today 11/27/23@830am for my daughter's driving test. We had the appointment since September! The women who was to be the examiner was the worst person I have dealt with at the DMV. She told me because of her supervised driving log was filled out in correctly she would not proceed. And just so you know we went to Reno DMV and my daughter took her test and passed. No problem there. The Fallon DMV is awful with horrible stuff. I will be filling out a formal complaint. If you can go anywhere else. And I wonder why they are always short staffed. I have been going to this DMV for 4 years and all of my children have gone there for their license. I truly wish they would go back to the way they did business years ago."
