"I had originally shared an issue I had but could not edit or delete. I just want to applaud Yolanda the manager at this location for her exceptional handling on my issues. She called me immediately and took care of me within 5 minutes of talking. Was able to leave my car while she took time to inspect it. Not only did she do that but I went and bought four tires and she is installing them for me for the inconvenience I had. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and she demonstrates what a 5 star means. We are all tired and have our own life issues but that doesn’t mean we take it out on others. Especially in the working industry. My original post was not throwing a bad name at Jiffy Lube it was about doing what I paid a lot of money for and what you get paid to do not done and with lack of professionalism. I normally never leave reviews as such but people need to be held accountable and take that feedback to grow with. Yolanda you are a rockstar manager and are a great asset to any professional business. Thank you for your time, understanding, care and dedication at resolving this.
