Renown Health Urgent Care - Fallon

"The young lady at front desk is just the bomb. You can see instantly how sharp she is. Dealing with insurance companies, I didn't my insurance card with me, she took the time to find it online. It was refreshing to see someone who does their job with such ease. Renown is lucky to have her. The doctor I saw, young woman was very nice, I could tell she would take good care of me and she did. Best experience I have had an any doctors office or urgent care."

"I would rate even lower if I could. I brought my Dad ( 100% Disabled Vetran ) to this clinic for Flu like symptoms and we had at least a 2 hour wait . When I asked the receptionist how much longer, she basically told us to go across the street if we didn't like it. She mentioned there were appointments in between but never mentioned over a 2 hour wait. Very disappointing and a feeling of zero care or urgency at this clinic."

"I use to hate coming here…. But since Wendy bliss at the front counter and Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Sheldon has been there it really has been great. A lot easier/and welcoming process and I honestly don’t want to see any other doctor…. PA Kimberly Sheldon has been so amazing to my kids and I, She’s super humble and really has her patients best interests at heart. Thank you for all that you do Kimberly Sheldon. "Longest wait for a drug screen ever. I called the number you left to explain what happened and someone eventually answered and told me to call back tomorrow. When an employer tells you to take a drug test, you have to go right away or they call you dirty. This was a pre employment test which was a surprise because I was offered the job on the spot and didn't expect to spend the rest of the day in line. The lady that did the test was fine. I just couldn't be there so long. Once you pass the paperwork over you have to stay until the test is completed or they call you dirty. You know I can't go out the door so you make me wait. Plenty of people came and went that got there after me. I can give you a list of clinics that know these rules and understand them. Instead you give me this generic email that makes it look like it is all my own doing. Do you still want me to contact you?"

"I drove 2.5 hours to be seen for an occupational health appointment after weeks of phone calls to get to the right Dr. I was turned away and told they only accept Nevada Workers Comp unless it’s an established lifetime case. Manager Marcie Pinkerton had no issue turning me away with no services unless I paid cash, as I have no in’s since my injury. These people have no compassion for anyone!!! It’s bad enough being injured at work, not being paid since my injury 8 months ago, then to use my last money to go see a Dr in Fallon per Marjorie in occupational scheduling, now I’m refused service!!!! Thank you for making my situation impossible!!! This is the worst medical facility ever. Renown could care less about patients!!!!"
