"My daughter and I had battery trouble with our shared vehicle recently. It was after eight at night when we arrived at the store; during a heavy and wet snow storm. What we encountered were two of the nicest men working that evening, Sean and Paul. These two AutoZone employees really came to our rescue, while at the same time representing their store policies and it's procedures. She and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Fallon Auto Zone that night. We were two women, alone in a snow storm at night who needed help. They provided us with just that, through their exemplary service and kindness. From our hearts, we thank you Sean and Paul for all that you did for us that night."
"The service was very very helpful they even loaned me a funnel so I could put my power steering fluid in my car and the older lady that works here is amazing she was hands in all the way on trying toake sure I ordered the right part for my power steering cap!!!
