"When I first went there I thought they were great. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Then 6 days after purchasing the car the head gaskets went out. I reached out a couple times and got not response and am now stuck paying for a car that doesn't run and paying to get the head gaskets replaced so it will run. Update: Kevin reached out to me stating they wanted to make it right. They said they would come get the car and fix it. We had someone start to work on it and the shop stated they wasnt comfortable working on something that had already had work done to it. Kevin stated that they wourld reimburse us for the parts just submit the reciepts. I asked for it in writting but never got it, although I do have it in text, or was never contacted by management so I sent the reciepts to Kevin and he stated he gave it to management on January 3. I reached out asking what was going on January 18th and he said he would check. I texted him on January 30th asking if he had heard anything and have yet to get a response on as of February 2nd. I am still hoping to be able to update with better news in the future but as of right now it's not looking good. Update Number 2: I was contacted by Heather from the Fallon office on February 22nd. She apologized for it taking so long and stated Kevin was no longer with them nor had he relayed any of the information. She asked me to email her the reciepts so she could make it right. Once she got the reciepts she contacted me again to let me know she recieved them and that she was getting the check processed. The morning of February 23rd she contacted me and let me know the check was ready to be picked up and apologized again. My husband went by the office to retrieve the check from a gentleman named Joe and recieved an additional apology from Joe. Due to the promptness of Heather and Joe once they were aware of the problem I have changed my 1 star review to a 4 star review."
"I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from them, one day after I left the check engine light came on, I went back to Carlos and told him he took the tool out and checked it, found it was the O2 sensor. He made me a appointment to get it fixed, when I got to the shop not only did they fix the one that was bad but replaced the other one as well. I'm so happy with my car. The warranty is power train only, there mechanic let me know the back up camera needed to be replaced. I called Carlos and let him know, he said he would split the cost with me. I would highly recommend them for a car. Keep in mind these are used cars so before you start bashing the dealership be honest."

"Let me share with you my experience! My credit is not great, but I stopped in one day because my family needed another vehicle because my husband and I both commute and I was using my sons car. I stopped in and spoke to Carlos at the Fallon lot he told me to apply online and asked me to send information about my job and bank. The next day I told him I would stop in to check on the progress. And he got me into the exact vehicle I asked for a small SUV !! It’s a nice vehicle very good family and commuter car !!! Today I start my graveyard shift in lovelock and I am so blessed to be jumping into my own car and driving to work!!!
