"This is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment with Sonya, and she just didnt even show up… I’m at the front door with my appointment scheduled at 10 o’clock. And no one‘s answering the phone or texts. You ladies are extremely unprofessional. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to making an appointment with these people. Please do yourself a favor and don’t schedule an appointment, it’ll be a waste of your time."

"I had an appointment scheduled. Rushing to get there on time, I arrived to find the door locked. I called, text, no answer nor reply. 30 minutes later I get a call, no explanation, just "how can I make this up to you?" Reluctant, I rescheduled. When I arrived for my appointment again, I get a text that she forgot her salon keys and will be back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes after my appointment time, she's back, as I was literally about to leave. . No cleaning or priming the lashes. Tons of glue clumped with the lashes. Scratching, poking, fall out, terrible application and experience."

"I had an appointment scheduled for Jan 12th at 2:30pm for brow wax/tint and lash lift and tint. Just before 2, Sonja texts me that she needs to move my appointment to 4 due to other clients being late (Later, I realized it was just her being unprofessional and using her clients as a scapegoat). I was flexible and able to do it so I pushed the appointment. Then 20 minutes before 4, she moved it to 4:30. I’m already on my way there. I wait till 4:30 just for her to reschedule on me. I can tell Sonja was really sick and she needed rest so gladly I rescheduled for the following Wednesday at 4. Wednesday comes along and an hour before my appointment, Sonja calls and tells me she is still sick (however, she sounds much better to me and she was working with other clients) and is trying to convince me to reschedule again. At this point, I was unwilling. She told me she would be late (5pm) and I told her not to bother and cancel my appointment. Sonja sounded drunk and a little out of her mind both times I spoke with her. I don’t want to cast judgements but I really wanna know what kinda place they’re running here…"

"I’m very disappointed. Had an appointment for 10am, she texted and asked to switch it to 1pm, showed up at 1pm, nothing, texted her, nothing, 2pm I left. I am very understanding stuff happens but it’s currently 3:30 and she still has not texted me. I thought maybe the lashes she did would make up for the lateness so I wanted to stick around but still no contact."
