"I have been a Walgreens customer for years. I know for a fact in 8 years I've spent over $120,000 dollars on prescriptions alone. I wanted some pictures printed from my phone. The lady said she wouldn't touch someone else's phone. I explained I was legally blind and couldn't navigate it myself.She got snooty when I asked for a manager, saying she was one. She then said ,all you have to do is take this part of your phone.move it here then blah, blah, blah. Walgreens, what does legally blind mean to you? I have a $25 dollar Q link phone and I'm moving ALL my prescriptions to Walmart $120 thousand compared to a 25 dollar phone just doesn't make economic sense but then again all your stores are closing little by little. Board of directors , think this might be part of the reason. Just saying"
"The door is pretty good if you go in the day, although I usually end up waiting in lime when I check out, the problem is they don't update their hours. It says 24 hours everywhere you look but I went around 4:30am and the door was locked. I called and someone answered, said they open at 6am. It doesn't mak3 sense, if you can staff someone to answer the phone can't you have someone at the register ."
"Drove here twice between 5am and 6:15am. Sign originally said they were closed when I came at 5am so I left. I came back around 6:15. They still have the doors locked. Just inconvenient and annoying."
"Don't do your passport photos here. They were not the right size and I was unable to submit them. Horrible quality. They just don't have the right training. Passport Photo Reno is a tiny little shop but they know what they are doing and take excellent photos."
