"I’m honestly really disappointed and saddened. There were just so many mishaps with my experience. And if they were by themselves it wouldn’t be a big deal but combining them it was just pretty unacceptable. 1. I had everything organized into specific piles of what I wanted embroidered on which item but somehow the notes fell off the pieces and it took quite a few messages to get it sorted out 2. I asked specifically if the white lines between the letters would be removed and was told they would be removed. The message said “the excess threads between the letters will not be on your final pieces” but as you can see in the picture the threads are still there and overall looks a little sloppy 3. When dropping off my items I specifically told them which side of the shirt I wanted the embroidery on and they put it on the other side… I really don’t know what I could have done differently to ensure the embroidery turned out the way I expected…"
