"I ordered online for pickup at this store. It was my first visit here. Stire ooens at 10am. It was easy to find it at the corner of W Ann Road and N Decatur. Ample parking with handicap access and parking. The entrance doors are automatic which is great. Neat, clean and organized inside. There was no line at pickup. The service rep was friendly and helpful. He found my package right away."
"They gave me some the wrong medicine, and when I called the pharmacy said it was sent to Lake Mead and hung up. I had more questions on why this happened and why they gave them They wrong medicine if the medicine prescribed by the doctor went to another Pharmacy."
"I always have issues with this pharmacy. They only ever have 1 person working at a time when I go in. When I call, I always have to call twice. I wait on hold, they answer then hang up, and I have to call in again. This last time I waited for 20 minutes on hold when they hung up on me. If I didn't have to use this location I wouldn't."
"The only nice person was the doctor in the clinic. Pharmacy staff refused to look up my husband's insurance and as we were talking about it on the way out a cashier mocked us which when I had entered the store he was using foul language talking about stuff in his personal life which is extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this place. I've never been so mistreated at a CVS in my life. This all occured on 2/11/2020 around 1:30pm."
