"I ordered online for pickup at this store. Pick up was ready in 15 minutes. Convenient location on Camino El Norte and W Ann Rd. Lots of parking with handicap section in front and access. Automatic entrance door is a plus. Interior is neat, clean and organized. Pickup is located at checkout station in front. We were there at 8am opening so there was no wait. Myrah the service clerk made it easy. State ID is required for pickup. She was friendly, personnable, efficient and helpful."
"I have waited 2-3 hours for my medication check the app it had on hold. Called few times no answer. Tried again just to find out they do not take my insurance. Why is it hard for the pharmacy to communicate with their patients instead of waiting long Period time."
"My experience was amazing today. Staff was extremely helpful and the pharmacist did everything she could to assist me. Really appreciate the effort and great customer service."
"I had to get my prescription transferred to Camino Al Norte CVS pharmacy and this location violates HIPAA laws by screaming out the name of my medication for everyone to hear. To add insult to injury they made fun of the name of my medication & it was alarming I understand we’re all human but go play with somebody else. A older sounding lady over the phone also was rude when I was making her job easier by contacting MY health care provider to send over the transcript since they didn’t send it over and she had a undertone to her voice that was very demeaning. I’m never picking up my medications from here ever again!"
"I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Eden. I’ve been having some issues with my care pass rewards and mentioned to her that I may have to use an older phone number. She made a rude sound and proceeded to complain to me and say that what I needed to understand was that she would get a strike against her if she had to cancel the transaction for any reason. I said I did actually understand because I worked at a CVS before too but that I needed to be able to use the credit. She kept going on about how I should know one thing or another and I kept telling her that I didn’t think any of that justified her being rude to me or arguing with me. She then kept going on about how I just didn’t know her or her personality. I tried to lay the matter to rest but a manager approached and asked what was going on. So I explained to the manager and once again Eden interrupted to complain about how I didn’t understand her or her personality. Even the on duty manager told her to just stop arguing. I don’t think her personality should prohibit her from giving decent customer service or helping her customers in a respectful and compassionate way. I’m not responsible for CVS’ cashiering policies. In the end the first number worked and all of this could have been avoided by simply completing the transaction in the first place. I’ll probably avoid going back for awhile."
