"The worst service in the world I placed an order for delivery for a hundred dollars worth of food and NEVER GOT THE FOOD! THE WEBSITE IS A TOTAL JOKE I called the store and they said they were sending the food again I never got the food again I call and they said they couldn't send the food I have to order from door dash again I did not order thru door dash I ordered thru pollo locos website so they said they refunded my money only I did not get a refund either I'm out a hundred dollars and have no food or money to feed my kids tonight and he managers don't even care they won't do anything about it at all do not order from here"

"Great tasting chicken! I had the chicken quesadilla. Bro had a 3 piece chicken meal with macaroni & cheese and rice...he said it tasted really good, especially the Mac & cheese. My friends both had the Chicken Taco Salad... said was fantastic. Really great place to get a variety of yummy, tasty chicken."

Very much enjoyed my chicken meal, with my son. Parking lot is a bit tight, but it’s still worth it. Hope y’all enjoy this."
