"Whispering Vine has always been a great place to stop by and have a glass of wine. When we stopped by today the bartender was busy doing side work and never checked to see if we needed anything or made any attempt to engage with the customers. Not my idea of good customer service"

"Love Midtown, and all the new places there. We visit this location regularly although this one doesn't have food you can order from The Mexican Restaurant Mary Chuy's next to them, and they'll bring it to you. They have a great selection of wine, but they also sell beer and cocktail drinks. The staff is awesome too!!!"

"Damn this place was GREAT. Luxurious vibe without pretention and price. Went for a drink with my girlfriend after dinner a couple of weeks ago and we loved it. Super cool interior- floor to ceiling glass on both sides of the room and seating around the wine racks, or around the cork and steel fabricated bar counter. Elegant and cozy interior, friendly bartenders, great selection. I got a wine flight of 3 very generous pours (see pic) for $9. Wow. Also, for any whiskey fans- they have a bottle of Japanese Hibiki and Yamazaki 12. Yum."
