"The refurbished beds are a great value especially the pillow top mattresses. Their selection is smaller than the Oddie store but the items are of higher quality and the prices are higher as well, sometimes unreasonable. Customer service is big for me and although most employees are friendly and helpful at this store there are a few employees who are down right rude and display a passive aggressive attitude regardless there are some treasures to be found at this store. I give this Goodwill a 3/5 because they offer refurbished beds at a great price and the items are in really good condition however some employees are rude and make shopping here a hassle as if your business is unwanted."
"Greedy, evil corporation. First, no signage for donation drop other than piece of paper taped to front door. Then prepare to have donations cherry picked. They want furniture to be practically new and if a box is wet in the slightest way- refused. Complete waste of time and went to Savers instead. I won't even shop Goodwill again after that."
"Store 206 is a very good store to work at. Great employees and great managers. You couldn't ask for a better team. I worked as an associate for Goodwill from Feb 2020 to now. I did the donor door, hard goods, soft goods, and recovery in the evening shift. I also did the janitor work of the bathrooms and did the trash. The reason I left: I took recently two female employees home as a courtesy so they wouldn't have to walk in the cold. The temperatures here dipped down to 26-32 degrees and it is a very brisk cold. The managers will also take people home but we only do it if its on our way home. One of them tried to get me to take her one night to an adult toy store. I told her NO. She tried again and I said NO. The next day, she complained to one of the managers that I wouldn't take her to where she wanted to go. The manager didn't know what that place was. I don't know this person. I was doing her a favor. She has a boyfriend that she can do this with, not me. After discussing this with friends I have worked with in the past, I decided to quit. I cannot give her any more rides and no one else wants to. Her boyfriend might show up to ask why I'm not as its a long walk home. We already had one associate's ex-husband pounding our front door after we had closed, demanding to see the associate. It was agreed that the situation could turn lethal. This is a place you want to work at. But stay away from the evening cashier. Especially if you have a car. Hope she likes her walks. It's forecast for 80 percent rain at nights."
"They do not respect the price tags they put on things. They have their own price tag (cheaper) on some of their "California priced items", and they force you to pay the higher "California" price. Honestly if you're seeing 2 labels just tear the higher priced one off! They punish people for being honest so there's no point being nice to them!"
"This goodwill is the worst I ever been. Not so much stuffs, and a lot of stuffs missing parts. Like the stuffs already be filtered , only bad showing on the shelf. I went there twice, so disappointed, won’t go anymore. It’s so diffident with other cities’ goodwill. If you interested in cloths, maybe you can shopping there."
