"rudest staff i’ve ever encountered. went downstairs to use the only bathroom i knew of and the second i stepped out, they kicked me out and told me i wasn’t allowed down there because i was under 21. I told him i understood and informed him i genuinely did not know and nobody stopped me from coming down. he instantly kicked me out within 10 minutes of being there. wasted $30 on a crappy venue with a crappy show. garbage"
"Saw a locals show after not having been here in years. The setup was nice. The stage is a decent size and the sound wasn't bad. Nicky is awesome. I always love to see her greeting folks at the door. My major gripe was with the bar staff who were pretty rude. The girl who served us seemed like she was pissed that we dared interrupt her texting on her phone. Seemed like a bad attitude to have especially when the bar was not very busy. The restrooms are in need of some major work as they are even worse than they were when it was the Knitting Factory. All in all it is a decent dive-style venue."
"What a great venue for a concert. Plenty of room on the floor and close enough to the bands where you can interact and have a great time. The bathrooms are an adventure all in its own. Plenty of bar space to grab a drink and enjoy the ride. Great acoustics and great light show."
"9.22.23: I've been to this venue several times over the years and its name has changed a handful of times due to switching of ownership. Most people would probably be more familiar if you said the old Knitting Factory. Anyways, I went for a concert and had no complaints with the sound. Bass sounded great and didn't sound blown out. It wasn't super packed so there was actually room to dance some, so that was a positive. The complaint I do have that happens on a regular basis is not utilizing the air conditioner when it starts to get hot and sweaty from everyone dancing and breathing heavier. I get businesses that want to save money but this is a complete pet peeve and puts people at risk for overheating and passing out. This is the reason I give it 3 stars. I saw The Expendables and Bumpin Uglies, who both put on excellent shows in general. The video I shared was the opener, Claire Wright, a Tahoe local. I pre-gamed elsewhere so I didn't order any alcohol from the bar and can't speak on the bar service this time. The bathroom was clean and stocked. If you're a live music lover, then it won't stop you from attending a concert wherever it may be, however, atmosphere and being comfortable are pretty important aspects when reviewing a venue."
