"I’ve been going to this particular location for quite a few years. I can say that the mechanics and service advisors are great! There used to be a great manager at this location also. Since the new manager Frank got there, it’s not the same. Frank has zero people skills. He is not personable with the customers at all. Nor does he try to explain or help out the customers ever. I recently had a leaky tire looked at there, and I heard Frank the manager tell the mechanic when he was asked what to do next ‘well this is not our problem’ in other words oh well, get rid of the customer since we cannot help them. Due to this, I am considering going elsewhere."
