"Did not have a good experience here. Christian and his staff not knowledgeable in vehicles. Just wanted the alternator replaced on my Chevy and they messed up my hood latch leaving me stranded. Stripped my battery terminal bolt. Battery light came on after repairs and they diagnosed it as an ECM next then had his close buddy technician who works at a “Porsche” dealership diagnose it as “no problem found. Put original ECM back in and said the battery light is normal. They had my truck for an entire week for that! Took my vehicle took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it as an internal short with the new alternator."

Brought it in to be checked and their tech inspected it, wrote up a report of issues and informed me that I had a warranty under Carmax who would cover the cost of repairs with no expense to me. This what all done in a timely and efficient manner and staff was very respectful and polite, especially the woman at the front desk. Highly recommend and will be returning to this shop for future auto repairs and maintenance after my Carmax warranty goes out."
