"Went to get an air check, which has gotten over time much worse and inconvenient. Waited 15 minutes for two motorists for their tires to be checked. When I finally got my turn, the rep focused on my front tire and said it needs replacing. So I asked how much it would cost. Entered my info and said $75. However when I went the front desk to get the work done, I was suddenly told it would be $90. After a short dispute, I decided to leave. I think it's bad business to give a higher price. If a business quotes a price it should be honored and promised, not changed to a higher amount. As a result, I will do business with other tire stores from now on."

"One morning last week, a screw was stuck in my car tire. I went to a tire discount store. The staff asked me to register and told me that it would take about an hour and 50 minutes to wait to repair the tire. I told them I had a spare tire because I was in a hurry to get to work. Turns out they replaced my spare tire and when I went to the front desk to pay, the invoice was "zero" and my eyes widened. Thanks to the staff for helping me, I will recommend this store to all my friends."
