This came in clutch when, in the middle of replacing my master cylinder, I realized I needed a new boot to go with it. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and per usual all of the parts we got that day worked for the project. They were open on President's Day, saving my project from being stretched out another weekend."

"I’m raising a three I usually have the best shipping expirience with cjpony but this one time around my package shipping label got lost so I didn’t receive the parts by the time I needed them and foiled my plans when I spoke with rep there was nothing they could do as they just sent parts to shipping again and I’d receive a new tracking number"

"Don't look at the lead times when ordering as they mean nothing. Waiting on parts that said 4 week lead time, and now we are at 4 months. The company will do nothing to help you get the parts from the manufacturer other than send you emails about how they understand the frustration. They should only sell products from manufacturers that are reliable."

And after reading the other reviews it seems it's a normal thing at this place for selling stuff and never sending. I feel BBB needs to be contacted and nip this gypsy company in the Butt. "Update: After leaving this review below, I have all but good things to say. Barbara made sure my order was taken care of and in a timely manner. I jump to conclusions and the issue was not CJ Pony but with the delivery company. Please disregard my message below. I will continue to do business with CJ Pony. Thank you, Barbara. There are still good people and companies in the world today. I left a review about the great service; however, once I received the delivery, it wasn't so great. I sent an email yesterday about the package being busted open, and what I received was bent in to. I was supposed to get two full-length floor pans and only received one, which is bent. So, after spending $725 plus dollars, I am not happy. Hopefully, someone will make this right asap."
