"I made an appointment since I received a maintenance code on the dashboard. I got there on time a saw Felicia Madrid who took all the information down and explained what was going to be done. She also said I would receive a text if they found something else may be needed. I did and noted what I wanted to add to the service. Once the repairs were done I received a text. I called to confirm and went to pick up my car. Felicia made it smooth and I will be going back should I need them again."

"Initially, my appointment scheduled for 11 am began 25 minutes later due to limited staffing. While Victor provided commendable assistance, it was notable that four other employees remained inactive at their desks without offering support. Furthermore, upon retrieving my car, I discovered the window had been left open, resulting in the driver's seat and side door being exposed to rainwater. As a longstanding customer of Honda West, I am disappointed by the decline in service quality observed over the years."

"Good Service, Diego was really nice and accommodating he explained everything very clearly and he was very patient and gave me options. I rate 3 because it’s expensive than any other auto service shop. The plus side is that I still had shop credit because I bought the car from them but still it was expensive."

"Carlos and his associates did a good job of diagnosing my car problems and taking appropriate actions to resolve them. Carlos was very professional and courteous. Although I appreciated the free shuttle service to take me home while my car was being repaired, the shuttle vehicle was awkward to enter and exit. It also took a long time (45 minutes) to get home (just 8 miles away) because I was the third of four customers that was dropped off. I would have given 5 stars if the shuttle service was better."

This time I had Richie as my tech and he was very polite and professional. Since moving to Las Vegas almost 4 years ago from NY I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give them a try.
