"Big O just tried to rip off my daughter. When she came in for a repair, they told her she had a screw in the side of the tire and it would have to be replaced rather than repaired. See photo. Screw is clearly in the tread not the side. So lame. Watch out ladies in Las Vegas! Big O on Rock Springs Drive thinks we are stupid!!!"
"I had a great experience. I had low tire pressure on a Sunday. I dropped in a they were happy to put air in my tire. The tech noticed a screw in the tire. Sure enough the next day the tire was low again. I went back and they patched it. It's been fine since. Total was $30.50. They lose one star for having FOX news on their TV in the waiting room."
