"The actual work that was done and turnaround time on it was very good. However, the diagnostics was subpar. I was charged for a repair that fixed the issue for 3 days before coming back. The actual issue was covered by warranty, and I never should have been charged. No refund and a bunch of empty apologies for wasted time and money. Good location for simple, obvious fixes, but don't come here for anything complicated or relating to your AC failing. Make sure to triple check your warranty yourself on what it covers. The deductible may be covered, but they'll still try to charge you for it."
